A. The Crystal Fusion Water Bottle and Bamboo lids must be washed by hand to ensure perfect integrity and lasting quality. Warm soapy water, a bottle brush, and a gentle scrub is all your bottle needs. It is NOT dishwasher safe. Never freeze or use your water bottle in the microwave or stovetop. Do not soak your bamboo lids, and never use boiling water during the cleaning process. This will damage your purchase and void your warranty.

Q. CAN I USE MY CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE WITH OTHER BEVERAGES?
A. Yes you can! The Crystal Fusion Water Bottle is designed with borosilicate glass and can handle hot and cold beverages. Steeped tea, your favourite alcoholic beverage, and any other drinks you love. The crystals will restructure any beverage using the natural power of crystal vibration.

Q. WHAT KIND OF WATER WORKS BEST IN MY NEW CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE?
A. Simple, everyday tap water is all you need! Allow roughly 10 minutes for the Crystals to restructure your water, restoring it back to its original state, just as it was in the spring. You will notice a difference in texture that is often described as "crisp or creamy". 

Q. IS MY CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE FRAGILE?
A. Our water bottles are hand blown with lead-free Borosilicate glass. It has superior shock resistance but is not shatterproof—just as no glass is. The same care you give your other glassware is the same care needed for your new water bottle. Avoid impacts, blows or strikes and be sure you don't drop it.
