However, being that these are hand crafted products, we offer a return policy for flaws and human error. You will be asked to ship the gemstones back to Zovaria, with the shipping costs of the return and of the new bottle given to you complimentary.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return your purchase, please email us at within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be un-used and in their original condition and packaging, return shipping fees are to be paid for my the consumer. You will be credited back your purchase less the original shipping fees.

Plastic has become the go to in our society, but Zovaria wants to be the eco-friendly option that people care for and treasure. But we know that glass comes with the potential accidents. So you can take advantage of our warranty program.
If you break your water bottle, we will replace it for a cost of $35.00 plus shipping and handling. You will be asked to either send back your gemstones to be placed back inside your bottle, or pay the $15 gemstone fee. You will receive a brand new Zovaria Crystal Fusion Water Bottle with new neoprene and silicone sleeves.
