Q. HOW DO I CLEAN MY ZOVARIA CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE?
A. The Crystal Fusion Water Bottle and bamboo lids must be washed by hand to ensure perfect integrity and quality. Warm soapy water and a gentle scrub are all your new water bottle needs. Do not soak your bamboo lids in water, and never use boiling water during the cleansing process. This will damage your purchase.
Other cautions and tips for the Crystal Fusion Water Bottle:
*Never freeze or use your water bottle in the microwave or stovetop.
*Handwash your water bottle only.
Q. CAN I USE MY CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE WITH OTHER BEVERAGES?
A. Yes, you can! The Zovaria Crystal Fusion Water Bottle is designed primarily for cold and room temperature beverages, but can also be used for warmer beverages such as herbal tea, steeped on top of our Crystal Fusion Chamber, making it even more enjoyable. You can also use it with alcoholic beverages, kombucha, juices, and any other drinks you prefer.
Q. WHAT KIND OF WATER WORKS BEST IN MY NEW CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE?
A. Your everyday tap water is all you need, it's that simple. Allow 10 minutes for the water to be restructured by the crystal chamber, making it ready to enjoy and receive the full benefits to your body.
Q. IS MY CRYSTAL FUSION WATER BOTTLE FRAGILE?
A. Our water bottles are hand blown with lead-free Borosilicate glass. It has superior shock resistance but is not shatterproof—just as no glass is. The same care you give your other glassware is the same care needed for your new water bottle. Avoid impacts, blows or strikes and be sure you don't drop it.
Q. WHAT IS THE LIQUID IN THE CRYSTAL CHAMBER?
A. The special liquid inside the permanently sealed crystal chamber keeps the chamber remain vibrant and shows off the gems inside. It's natural and harmless, even if accidentally swallowed.
At Zovaria, each item is carefully inspected by hand multiple times through the creation process to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction to our customers. Each product is not only crafted with great care but also packaged with that same quality and intent.
Do not open the sealed Crystal Chamber. Doing so invalidates all warranty and return policy.
If your Zovaria product does arrive damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order. If damaged, please contact us (here) and one of our team members will be in touch with ensuring you receive a replacement.

All refunds are fulfilled upon return and inspection of your items. Items must be returned to Zovaria, unused and in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of receiving your order. ZOVARIA will then credit the order total less the shipping fees.
